I am a freelance percussionist, drummer, music teacher and musical director.   

As a performer, I have played with many different groups and organisations ranging from Brass Bands, Orchestras and Musical Theatre Groups, through to Jazz and Rock Bands. I have travelled to 17 different countries worldwide including America, France, Germany and Spain and have performed in some of the world’s finest cities and concert venues as well as doing numerous TV and Radio Broadcasts. 

Throughout my career, performance work has consisted of concerts with BBC Sing Live, National Festival Orchestra, Los Angeles City Angel Choral, Brighouse and Rastrick Brass Band, Yorkshire Imperial Brass Band, Grimethorpe Brass Band, Huddersfield Philharmonic, Halifax Symphony and St Celilia Orchestras amongst many others. 

In addition, I have many years experience playing and being Musical Director for both professional and amateur theatre show productions across the UK. Recent shows include Legally Blonde, The Sound of Music, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Kipps and Elf.
